SEASONAL SUPPORT -Harrisonburg (Open Until Filled)

We have a seasonal support staff position open for May-September. Hours would be Thursday & Friday afternoons until close and most Saturdays. This would be an ideal postion for a high school student. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Greeting customers as they enter the store
• Providing industry leading customer service
• Always keeping the sales floor clean and tidy
• Answering phones and calling customers when orders arrive
• Keeping the stock room clean and organized
• Ring up customers utilizing our POS system
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office platform
• Support staff by cleaning and putting away shoes during busy spells.
• Ability to stay busy during slow times and to keep up during busy times. 

Requirements:

• Friendly and upbeat personality
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to perform basic math. 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Available to work Saturdays
• Running background preferred
• Flexible schedule

Starting Hourly Rate: 13.00/hr

FIT SPECIALISTS (Currently Not Hiring but accepting applicants-both locations)

A Fit Specialist ensures each customer the best experience in the industry, utilizing the sales techniques and product information you receive from our Dynamic Footwear Specialist training, which includes interviewing each customer, conducting a static and dynamic analysis and educating customers on the benefits of products we offer that benefit their specific goals.

Additionally, Fit Specialists will perform POS transactions and assist with keeping the shop tidy.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Greeting customers as they enter the store
• Providing industry leading customer service

• Keeping the stock room clean and organized
• Ring up customers utilizing our POS system
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office platform
• Assisting with in-store and grassroots marketing via social media and planning location events.
• Lead or participate in occasional shop events.

• Ability to perform basic math. Must have PC and/or cash register skills. Past retail experience a plus.
