Are you ready to take your running to the next level and tackle some trails? Maybe you prefer the serenity of the woods over the hum of traffic? Whether you are new to trail running or a seasoned trail runner looking to connect, we'd like to invite you to our Rock & Root Run Club!

Starting in December, the Rock and Root Run Club will be training for Holiday Lake 25k, held in February. We will offer a weekly group trail run in addition to some guidance for runs you can do during the week to get you to the finishing line! The program kicks off December 7th, if you are a road runner who is new to trail, we invite you to our Trail Running Discussion at the first of our Winter Soup Series at Sole Focus Running, Staunton on November 20.
